The Phone Ambassador Volunteer Position will work inside our Empowerment Center alongside A Precious Child staff and interns. Volunteers in this position will be trained on our phone and client database systems. Volunteers will be working to receive all phone calls coming into the organization and directing phone traffic, answering general A Precious Child questions, providing fantastic customer service, setting up appointments, and providing reminder phone calls to families with standing appointments.
On the job training is required for the position, remote work is not an option for this position at this time. We are looking for volunteers to work as Phone Ambassadors Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. We require volunteers to commit to a consistent scheduled of at least one shift a week so the training stays fresh and current.
