Welcome Lily Krieger! Spark’s New Mental Wellness Program Intern and Client Navigator

Lily Krieger (She/Her/Hers) has joined the Spark the Change Colorado Team as the Mental Wellness Program Intern and Client Navigator.

Lily recently graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She is currently attending the University of Denver, pursuing a master’s degree in social work.

Lily has several years of volunteer experience! She was a part of the National Charity for four years where she volunteered at over twenty charities and organizations around her community. Her favorite organization to volunteer at is the Special Olympics. This organization shares a special place in Lily’s heart, having made many memories and friendships while volunteering there. She also helped raise money for the Make a Wish Foundation on behalf of Chi Omega Boulder, where they were able to grant several wishes.

Lily is excited to continue her education and earn her master’s degree in social work. She has a passion for helping others and making a positive difference in her community and in the lives of others, making her a perfect fit for Spark!

In her free time, Lily loves to be outdoors and go for walks. Taking time for herself and engaging in self-care is very important to Lily. “I have some amazing friends in Denver that I love to explore Colorado and spend my free time with. I am also picking up skiing again after taking several years off which is something I am looking forward to this winter!”

“I heard about Spark the Change Colorado’s Mental Wellness Program from my advisor at the University of Denver. I immediately knew it would be a perfect fit for me! I am eager to learn new skills and grow as a first year social work student. I am so excited to be joining Spark the Change Colorado and can’t wait to start working with the team! I look forward to making a positive difference in my community!”

We are so excited to have you on the team, as well, Lily! We are beyond grateful to engage community-minded changemakers making a meaningful impact with our programs, just like Lily!
